Merkur Development Completes Transactions of 60 Million Euros

Merkur Development completed transactions worth a total of 60 million euros in the first half of 2017. This included a business park complex in Walluf near Wiesbaden covering 12,000 m² office and service space, which was sold to an NAS Invest fund for more than the 13-fold annual rent. Users include PS Team, Importhaus Wilms, MIPS and Goldpower. Furthermore, retirement homes in Heusenstamm and Dieburg were sold as well as residential and commercial buildings each covering approx. 1,200 m² leased space in Wetzlar and in Witten. Currently, the project developer from Rüsselsheim is working, among other things, on the "BlueGate", a five-storey building complex with around 36,000 m² gross floor area on Aachen’s Zollamtstraße, a Niu hotel and office project at the Stuttgart Pragsattel as well as another Niu hotel in Stuttgart-Fasanenhof and Esslingen. In addition, a joint residential project is to be completed with Ballwanz in Mainz (78 units) by the end of this year.
