HauckSchuchardt strengthens firm with new partner and senior associate
Two new lawyers joined the HauckSchuchardt property law practice in February 2020: Jochen Schnepper as new partner and Vivien Jöst as senior associate.
Jochen Schnepper, LL.M. started his legal career in 2013 with Hengeler Mueller. After working in the company’s London and Munich branches he was most recently senior associate in Hengeler Mueller’s Frankfurt office. As a member of the financing team, Jochen Schnepper initially worked in all corporate financing areas although he has specialised in property financing since 2017. Jochen Schnepper, therefore, brings extensive experience in advising national and international property investors in the acquisition financing of individual properties and property portfolios as part of asset and share deals.
Vivien Jöst began her legal career in 2014 with Ashurst where she worked in property law. In 2016 she moved to the first continental European branch of US law firm Goodwin Procter with other leading team members. Here, Ms Jöst worked as senior associate in all areas of property law with a focus on property transactions. She has extensive experience in advising national and international property investors in the acquisition and sale of properties with various usage types as part of asset and share deals.
“I am very pleased that Jochen Schnepper has joined us as partner and Vivien Jöst as senior associate. We now have two outstanding new colleagues who, with their experience and expertise, are a valuable addition to our property law practice as well as our consulting services in financing. In the name of the partnership, I welcome Ms Jöst and Mr Schnepper to HauckSchuchardt and look forward to a successful cooperation!” said partner Dr. Hans-Christian Hauck, commenting on the new employees.
