HauckSchuchardt has advised a joint venture of Red Square and Art-Invest Real Estate on the purchase of Sandberg Holding GmbH’s ‘West End Terraces’. The office building that comprises approximately 7,000 square metres located at Oberlindau 54 – 56 in West End, Frankfurt is right next to the Alte Oper.
