HauckSchuchardt Advises LBBW Immobilien on the Sale of The Bohomian
HauckSchuchardt has advised LBBW Immobilien on the sale of the residential real estate project The Bohomian in the Frankfurt district of Sachenhausen. The purchaser is Patrizia Immobilien AG. Patrizia intends to start up its "Publikums-AIF GrundInvest Frankfurt Smart Living" with The Bohomian.
The apartment complex of approximately 2,500 square metres has been under construction at Ziegelhüttenweg 30-32 since February, 2017. Upon completion, which is planned for the end of 2018, the property with a gross floor space of approximately 8,700 square meters will include 221 fully furnished tiny flats with living space between 20 and 30 square metres. Tenant marketing has run since April, 2018.
The parties have agreed to keep the purchase price confidential.
