HauckSchuchardt advised GEG German Estate Group on the acquisition of the "Business Campus am Park" (BCP), Werdener Straße 10, Düsseldorf. The property was sold by Cetus Immobilien, Düsseldorf, as part of an off-market-transaction.

PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) is the sole leaseholder of the nine-storey building covering approx. 21,000 square metres of leased space and 292 underground car park spaces.
