HauckSchuchardt Advises Commerzbank on the biggest Office Leasing in Frankfurt this Year
HauckSchuchardt advised Commerzbank on the leasing of the office building "Cielo" from RFR. The building has been part of the RFR portfolio since May 2018. The lease is probably the largest lease of a property this year. The office building "Cielo" covers a total leasable area of 34,800 m² and consists of two seven-storey buildings as well as a 21-storey high-rise building.
The minimum term of agreement and renovation work for the building located at Theodor-Heuss-Allee 100-104 have already commenced. A company belonging to Dreyer Brettel & Kollegen was the developer and investor. After completion in 2003 the property was initially used by Dresdner Bank and became vacant after acquisition by Commerzbank. The last tenant - ING-DiBa - vacated in 2013.
Both parties have agreed not to disclose the rental price.
The leaseholder received legal advice from legal counsel and partner Jörg Dombrowski (Tenancy Law) of HauckSchuchardt.
The law firm FPS Fritze Wicke Seelig under the auspices of Dr. Holger Scherer acted in an advisory capacity for the lessor RFR.
