Gateway Real Estate Acquires Office Building in Offenbach

Gateway Real Estate has acquired an office building covering approx. 7,500 m² of leasable space and approx. 100 car parking spaces in Offenbach, Kaiserlei. According to TD research, the building in question is Herrnrainweg 5. The seller, a closed real estate fund of DG Anlage Gesellschaft, was supported in the transaction by BNP Paribas Real Estate and White & Case. HauckSchuchardt supported the negotiations on the buyer side. With this purchase, Gateway's portfolio has grown to 275 million, and 350 million euros is targeted for year-end.
