HauckSchuchardt Advises Commerzbank in Leasing Office Space in Düsseldorf
HauckSchuchardt has provided Commerzbank with consultancy in the lease of office space in the Seestern 1 property in Düsseldorf. The lessor is Alstria Office. The office space is over a total rental area of 15,000 m2.
The lease term is for ten years and occupation of the building is planned for the end of 2020. The Seestern 1 property has 35,800 m2 of floor space and generates total rent of 5.6 million euro annually.
Both parties have agreed to maintain confidentiality on the rental price.
The lessee received legal advice in the transaction by HauckSchuchardt through lawyer and partner Jörg Dombrowski (tenancy law).
The legal office of Stenger LLP under management of Martin Spörl consulted for the lessor, Alstria Office.
BNP Paribas Real Estate acted as Agent.
