HauckSchuchardt Advises on the Sale of the Project Development "Lindbergh parkside office"
HauckSchuchardt has advised both partners in the Joint-Venture-Partner OFB Projektentwicklung and Groß & Partner on the sale of the office building “Lindbergh parkside office” in the Frankfurt airport district of Gateway Gardens. Warburg-HIH Invest Real Estate GmbH is the purchaser, acquiring the property for one of their open real estate funds – Immobilien-Spezial-AIF.
Completion of the property, which has approximately 5,300 square metres of renting space, is foreseen for the summer of 2018. The start of construction took place last June. The main tenant of the building located on Amelia-Mary-Earhart-Strasse will be the tax and auditing company Schiff Martini & Cie.
