HauckSchuchardt Advises on the Sale of 6 Retail Centres to REWE

HauckSchuchardt has advised the investment manager Värde Partners on all tax issues regarding the sale of 6 retail centres from the Saturn Portfolio to REWE Group.
The retail centres, which were built between 1987and 2008, are located in western and southern Germany and include a total floor space of approximately 21,600 square metres. They are used by REWE as anchor tenants for their supermarkets. With this acquisition, the REWE Group is pursuing its strategic goal to increase the ownership quota of its supermarkets.
