HauckSchuchardt Advises in the Sale of Frankfurt’s TaunusQuartier
In the sale of the office and commercial TaunusQuartier complex, HauckSchuchardt advised a Swiss family office in all legal matters. alstria office acquired the five-storey historic building at Taunusstraße 45 in Frankfurt from the Swiss family office. The property has an area of ca. 7,070 m² office space distributed across five floors and is leased almost entirely to Deutsche Bahn AG. A major benefit is its close proximity to Frankfurt’s central train station which connects the TaunusQuartier with local and long-distance transport services.
Both parties have agreed confidentiality concerning the purchase price.
In the transaction, the seller was advised by lawyer and partner Dr. Philipp Graf von Dürckheim (property and corporate law) at HauckSchuchardt.
