HauckSchuchardt Advises Gateway Real Estate on the Sale of a Property in Neuss
HauckSchuchardt has represented Gateway Real Estate AG in all legal matters in the sale of the training centre of the state police in Neuss, near Düsseldorf. The property, built in 1970, was acquired from the GEG German Real Estate Group and will now be incorporated in the portfolio of the GEG Public Infrastructure I fund. The building complex comprises twelve one-storey building elements which are connected with one another. The land covers an area of 16,300 m² rental space as well as 206 parking spaces. Since August the complex has been leased to the state of North Rhine-Westphalia as long-term tenant. Prior to this it was used as Telekom training centre and Commundo conference hotel.
In the transaction, the seller was advised by lawyer and partner Dr. Philipp Graf von Dürckheim (property and corporate law) at HauckSchuchardt.
The buyer was advised by the Ashurst law firm under the management of Dr. Liane Muschter.
