HauckSchuchardt Advises DIC Asset AG in Forward Deal for Securing the “Infinity Office” Building Project

In the contractual securing of the “Infinity Office” building project in Düsseldorf, HauckSchuchardt has advised DIC Asset AG in all legal questions. DIC Asset AG, one of the leading German listed property companies, has secured an office complex project, currently under construction, for the property portfolio from the project developer Becken as part of a forward deal with a volume of 153 million euros. The complex is in the office submarket Kennedydamm between the town centre and the airport and will have a rental area of 20,500 m² of which 85 % is already leased in advance with a WALT of 12.6 years. The main tenant of the office complex will be the Lampe bank. The project is due to be completed by the end of 2019.
